eLumindata’s mission is to enhance the impact of analytics by uncovering relevant insights that typically would remain hidden in data. This has been accomplished by inventing ways to make analytic technology smarter. It required studying how analytic work is done and the myriad complications and obstacles that frustrate smart analysts and hamper success. Integral to the solution was the development of extensive algorithms to make the need for data wrangling go away. Another key was finding the right combination of powerful underlying technologies and brilliant engineers to make these new approaches to analytics accessible quickly and easily – even from mobile phones and tablets.

The company has worked with customers in the pharmaceuticals, grocery, real estate and marketing services industries. While the types of problems they face vary greatly, the underlying needs for uncovering hidden insights and empowering analysis to be done much more efficiently are the same.
