• Outstanding client engagement skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Superior ability to connect solutions with opportunities
• Undergraduate and/or graduate degree in a technical or quantitative discipline
• At least 5-10 years experience in business management, analytics or consulting
• Ability to do breakthrough-caliber work

• MBA or other graduate degree preferred
