• You have probably done development across all tiers across the system, but your real passion is interactive programming
• You have probably written (and re-written) visual components such as a Grid. Hell, you may have written a whole suite of controls.
• Back in “the day” you may have written your own UI framework (complete with a cross-browser XMLHTTP library) for a browser-based application. Of course, you’d never do that again :).
• You are more likely to get all geeked up about drag and drop than a class diagram
• You are highly technical, but choose to use your powers for the good of the end user
• You can do visual design (and might be quite good at it), but you tend to focus on things like data binding, custom control development, reusability, and those things on the more technical side of creating the interactive experience.

• Contribute to the design, development, and architecture of a highly robust UI framework capable of delivering the next generation of user experiences on the Web, on the Desktop, and within other applications (Office Add-Ins, for example)
• Help design and develop complex but easy-to-use user interface interactivity, including reusable and complex visual components
• Develop innovative interactive solutions that help people get the most out of a unique data analytics backend

DIRECT MATCH:

• At least 5 years of direct experience developing Rich Internet Experiences. Actually, we’re not that big on “years of experience.” We’ll take quality over quantity any day. But, let’s face it, it does actually take time to master some things.
• Demonstrable use of Windows Presentation Foundation. By “demonstrable,” we’ll expect you to show us some interesting things you’ve done and talk with us about how you did it.

• Extensive Windows Forms development
• Exceptional Web Core: JavaScript, Ajax, HTML/DHTML, Cross-browser DOM, XML/XPATH
